Clear Brow Gel

How you’ll use it: If you’re filling in your brows, do that first. Next, wipe the wand against the inside of the tube to remove any excess and sweep and comb it lightly over each brow, angling the wand up and out toward the arches, and then gradually down at the outer edges of your brows.
