How does the Allure Beauty Box work?
What comes in my Allure Beauty Box?
Get ready for the best in beauty! Each box comes with 6 editor-curated products (sometimes more!). You get a minimum of 3 full-size products, valued at least $100. Our editors hand-pick a mix of luxury and indie brands for every single box. Keep an eye out for extra goodies! Sometimes we throw in a bonus product (or two!) from a mainstream brand, just because we adore you.
As an Allure Beauty Box subscriber, you get the full red carpet treatment. That means members-only discounts on our editors’ favorite luxury products and limited-edition boxes. Plus exclusive access to Allure events. Ooh la la!
Which box will I get when I sign up?
Once you subscribe, you'll get the new member Allure Beauty Box for that month. Check out the products you'll receive in your first box here. (Note: we update the website the first day of every month to showcase the latest new member box for the month.)
What happens when a box is sold out?
It doesn't happen often, but if a box goes crazy viral and sells out, new members will receive the next month's box for their first box. If that's the case, we'll let you know during your checkout process and tell you that your Allure Beauty Box subscription will start with next month's box.

How long will I be an Allure Beauty Box Member? When does my membership expire?
You're in the driver seat, beautiful. It's your membership, so it only expires when you say so.
We make sure that you get your box on time every month, so your Allure Beauty Box membership automatically renews each month at your current rate. If your membership rate changes, we'll email you at least 45 days before your renewal.
Can I change my subscription term (from monthly to yearly or vice versa)?
You call the shots. If you'd like to modify your subscription term, you can either

If I already have a subscription, can I buy an another stand-alone box if I want two of a certain month’s box?

Can I have two or more Allure Beauty Box subscriptions?
Ok, we love your love for your Allure Beauty Box! But because of the way we create our membership, we unfortunately can't offer more than one subscription for each member. But if you've discovered items in your box that you adore and you're looking for more, go check out the member store for exclusive deals!
Do you offer boxes or products other than the Monthly Beauty Box?

When should I update my account details for next month's box?
If you need to make any changes to your account, be sure to make those edits by the last day of the month. For example, if you need to change your account details for the August Box, make any changes to your account by 11:59PM ET on July 31st.

How do promotional codes work?
Promotional codes are available from time to time. They’re one-use per customer and can’t be combined with other offers. Past purchases can’t be adjusted, and additional restrictions may apply.

What payment method can I use to sign up for a membership?
Existing Members can use: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, America Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay

When will I be billed for my Allure Beauty Box membership renewal?
Monthly: On or about the 1st of the month
3 month pre-paid: On the 1st of the month, every 3 months
Annual: You'll receive a renewal notice 30 days before your annual renewal
I was charged for a box last month and then got charged again for the current month, but I still haven't received my boxes. Is this a mistake?
Nope, not a mistake. Here's how it works: As a new subscriber, you're billed for your first box the day you sign up. All future boxes will be billed on or around the 1st day each month. So because of this timing, if you sign up as a new member at the end of the month, then you'll likely be charged for your second box before you receive your first box.
What happens to my membership if you can't successfully bill me for my next renewal term?
If we're not able to bill you after multiple attempts, your account will be cancelled. But fear not, sweetness! You can always reactivate your account online or by reaching out to customer care, or by logging in to your account here: https://allurebeautybox.myshopify.com/account
Shipping & Tracking
How much does shipping cost?
You're already covered! Your monthly Allure Beauty Box membership includes shipping costs. So if you're getting your box delivered in the contiguous U.S. there's no extra charge.
If you're getting your box delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories, it's just an additional $10 for shipping and handling.
Allure Beauty Box Member Store orders $50 or more ship in the contiguous U.S. absolutely free. Orders less than $50 are charged $6.95. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories are charged $9.95.
Do you ship Allure Beauty Boxes to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses?
We definitely ship to all U.S territories. Unfortunately we don't ship internationally outside of those locations or to APO/FPOs. If you're placing an order for outside of the contiguous United States there's just an additional $10 fee for shipping and handling.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we get your order on its way, you'll get an email from us at hello@allurebeautybox.com with your tracking info.

When does the Allure Beauty Box ship?
We know you want your fabulous box ASAP! We ship your order within 72 hours from when we process it. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, so sometimes we're able to get it into your lovely hands even sooner.
I never received my box...now what?
Uh oh! Let's figure it out together. First, check your tracking details to locate your order. If the tracking status says that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
If your tracking status says that the package hasn't moved for 5 days since the last status update, please reach out to us and we'll get it sorted out.
When is the last day to place an order to get it before the holiday season?
See last day to order below for standard shipping with expected arrival by 12/24**.
Last day for contiguous states:
Deliver by 12/7: order by EOD 11/29
Deliver by 12/24: order by EOD 12/14
Last day for non contiguous states:
Deliver by 12/7: order by EOD 11/20Deliver by 12/24: order by EOD 12/8

Member Gifts
I’m a new member. Do I get a gift?
We often offer a special free gift for new members. Be sure to check out our homepage allurebeautybox.com to see if we are offering a special free gift!
I was offered a gift with purchase when I signed up. When will I get it?
When we offer a free gift, it is usually included in your first box, right alongside the rest of your items. Sometimes, depending on when you ordered your box and the size of the free gift, it might ship separately. Check your welcome email, and that will tell you whether your free gift is coming with the first Beauty Box, or separately. If your gift is shipping separately, you can expect it within 4-6 weeks. If you haven't received your gift within 4-6 weeks, don't be shy – reach out to us! Reach out to our Customer Care Team here.
I’m a current member. Do I get a special gift as well?
We sometimes offer a free gift to new subscribers. And once in a while, we like to surprise our members with an extra gift in their box. It's our little way of saying "we adore you and think you're the greatest!"

Will I get the same products more than once in my box?
The genius of the Allure Beauty Box is that it's a curated membership. That means you get unique products in every single box. We track your box history, with all the products you've received, so that every box is full of new surprises. If you do somehow get a repeat product, please reach out to us and we'll fix it in a snap.
Can I choose the products in my box?
We let the Allure editors work their magic and curate every box. We take this unique approach because our experts have access to the top products in the beauty market, and we want to bring you the best of the best.
While we don’t offer personalization every month, there are times when we offer a choice of item or a product shade choice to best match your skin tone or hair color. When that’s the case, we’ll send you the product options to choose from via email.
Some months we offer multiple items or product options to choose from. We’ll always email you when we do. Please follow these steps to make your selections:
1. Sign in to your account
2. From your account dashboard, select Manage My Subscription
3. View your active subscription(s), and select Manage for the one(s) you’d like to personalize. Gift subscriptions are not currently eligible for personalization.
4. Click Make My Choice
5. Choose the item or option you’d like to receive and click Confirm. You’re all set!
I am allergic to one of the products in my box. What do I do?
We definitely recommend that you test out new products before using them. Before you apply any new product to your gorgeous skin, locate a small and inconspicuous area to test (like behind your ear or near your hairline). If you notice an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact a medical professional. If you already applied the product generously and didn't test, please stop using the product right away and get in touch with a medical professional.
I loved one of the products from a previous month. Can I buy it through my membership?

If the product you adore isn't available in the Member Store, you can buy it through the emails you get from us at hello@allurebeautybox.com. You can also find the product by checking out your mini mag and following the links to purchase. Be sure to take advantage of your exclusive Allure discount codes when you get them!
Member Store
Who can shop in the Member Store?
The Member Store is an exclusive benefit for active Allure Beauty Box subscribers. Just skipped a box? No prob! You can still access the Member Store during months where you have skipped your box.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the products we offer, all sales in the Member Store are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo to help@allurebeautybox.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What are the shipping terms within the Member Store?
All orders over $50 ship for free. Orders under $50 are subject to a $6.95 shipping fee.
Do you ship Allure Beauty Box Member Store Orders to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses?
We ship to all 50 states and all U.S territories. Unfortunately we don't ship internationally or to APO/FPOs.
How soon can I expect my Member Store order?
We know you want your order ASAP! We work hard to ship your order within 3 business days from when it’s placed. As soon as we get your order on its way, you'll get an email from us at hello@allurebeautybox.com with your tracking info.
Do you offer promotions or discount codes within the Member Store?
From time to time, we do offer discounts on select items throughout the store. Be sure to subscribe to our emails and sms to hear about our latest member store promotions and offers. Keep a special eye out for our Friends & Family sale in the spring and Black Friday during the holidays!
Can I send items from my Member Store order to someone else?
Yes you can definitely change the shipping address to the recipient of your choosing. Please keep in mind that all items within that checkout will be shipped to the address you provide. Want to shop and ship to yourself? Simply start a new order and enjoy your member-exclusive savings!
These deals are amazing! Is there a limit to the number of products I can purchase in the Member Store?
In order to allow all members the opportunity to shop the amazing deals within the Member Store, we limit the purchase of any single item or bundle to 5, and any Limited Edition or specialty box to 3 total units per purchase. Each member can purchase a total amount of 10 of the same single items or bundles and a 5 of the same Limited Edition or specialty boxes.
I just cancelled my subscription. Will I still receive my Member Store purchase?
The Beauty Box just won't be the same without you! As long as you ordered your Member Store items before you cancelled you will still receive your Member Store purchase. If you miss getting access to exclusive deals, reactivate your subscription!
Returns & Replacements
My box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged. Can I get replacements?
Oh no! We want you to have a flawless experience every time. So if you ever get products that don't meet your expectations, please reach out and we'll make it right. Reach out to our Customer Care Team here.
One of the items is missing from my box. Can I get it sent to me separately?
Every box comes with a mini magazine that lists out what comes in that box. So if something is listed in the mini magazine that's not in your box, please reach out to us and we'll ship you the product right away! Reach out to our Customer Care Team here.
If we've run out of that item, we'll send another item of the same value to you immediately.
I just canceled my subscription. Will I still receive my replacement item?
We're crying tears of heartache. The Beauty Box just won't be the same without you! But yes, of course, you'll still get your replacement item. Just be sure to request your replacement item before you cancel.
Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Hold on, we need to cry into a box of tissues. Ok, we'll be ok. But seriously, no worries, if you decide to cancel, your membership will stop at the end of your current term. And just remember, the Allure Beauty Box membership is non-refundable.

I paid for my box but canceled my subscription right after. Will I still receive my box?
Leaving the party so soon? All good, we get it. Yes, you'll absolutley get any boxes that you've already paid for.
What's the deadline for cancelling my subscription?
- Monthly/Quarterly subscribers: to avoid any charges, be sure to cancel before to the 1st of the month.
- Annual Subscribers: we'll email you 30 days before your renewal date with your membership charge information. Be sure to cancel your membership before the renewal date in that email to avoid any charges.
*Please note: once your membership renews, you won't be able to cancel your current term*
Online Digital Gift Cards
How do I send an Allure Beauty Box Membership as a gift?
The best way to give an Allure Beauty Box Membership is by purchasing a Digital Gift Card. These are available for anyone to purchase! We offer Gift Cards in set increments of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, or $300 USD.
Do Allure Beauty Box Gift Cards expire?
Allure Beauty Box Gift Cards do not expire and there are no fees associated with use of a Gift Card. Gift Cards may only be used to purchase products and services on allurebeautybox.com. After purchase of a Gift Card, an electronic Gift Card code will be emailed to the designated recipient for use toward purchases on allurebeautybox.com. Gift Card recipients must be or become a Allure Beauty Box member and agree to and comply with these Gift Card Terms. Gift Cards can only be used as initial payments, they may not be used for recurring subscription payments.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Head to Allurebeautybox.com and select your new membership! You can use the Gift Card during checkout and the Gift Card amount will be discounted from the total. Any remaining balance will automatically apply to future purchases in the store. Gift Cards can only be used as initial payments, they may not be used for recurring subscription payments.
Because Allure Beauty Box is a subscription-based service and subject to our Box Subscription Terms, you will need to enter your credit card details to finish signing up even if the Gift Card amount will cover the initial purchase amount.
General Gift Card Terms
Gift Cards are only available in USD and memberships can only be fulfilled to US addresses. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods on allureabeautybox.com. Eligible purchases and pricing of such goods are subject to change in our sole discretion. Any remaining account credit associated with a allurebeautybox.com account following redemption of a Gift Card cannot be transferred to other accounts. Memberships purchased with Gift Cards will be automatically renewed after the applicable term expires unless otherwise cancelled.
Gift Cards are single-use. If used at checkout, the Gift Card amount will be applied to the total purchase amount at checkout and any remaining balance can be used to purchase additional products on allurebeautybox.com. Gift Card balances cannot be used for recurring payments on subscriptions. If the Gift Card holder's purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card's balance or available credit, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference.
Gift Cards are not returnable for a cash refund, redeemable for cash, or redeemable for more than face value. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards without notice. In such instances, other than for suspected fraud, we will elect to produce a refund or a replacement Gift Card. We reserve the right to correct the balance of Gift Cards issued in an incorrect denomination if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
